We present a unique/novel/unprecedented case of the disease name with a rare/unusual/infrequent presentation. The patient, a middle-aged/elderly/young adult male/female, presented to the emergency room/clinic/hospital with symptoms. Immediate examination revealed physical findings. This case highlights the necessity of considering rare presenta
